We’re writing to inform you of an upcoming change to Swiftqueue login access for patients.
From 1 July 2026, all patients will access Swiftqueue exclusively via their NHS login, in line with NHS England requirements. The existing Swiftqueue username and password option will be removed.
To support a smooth transition:
- From 6 May 2026, the NHS login will appear as the primary login option
- Patients will be encouraged to link their NHS login ahead of the deadline
- Existing Swiftqueue login will remain available until 1 July 2026
Patients with an NHS login will see no change to their booking journey.
Patients without an NHS login will benefit from a simplified registration process, allowing them to book appointments easily online.
There is no action required from you at this time.
