Previously, both 20ml and 60ml formalin pots were available for order at Colchester sites, alongside an alternative 60ml pot supplied to Ipswich and GP surgeries. Histology has now made the decision to standardise provision and streamline supply to a single pot type for all locations. The 60ml pot currently used at Ipswich and GP surgeries will therefore be adopted across both Ipswich and Colchester sites.
Please note that these pots are supplied individually. If a full tray is required (25 pots per tray), please ensure you place an order for a quantity of 25.
For Colchester locations, if existing 60ml pots are still available, please use these in the first instance. This will help minimise stock wastage and support a smooth transition to the standardised product.
