ESNEFT’s Community Blood Testing Service in Landseer Road, Ipswich, is moving to Ravenswood Health Centre on Monday 17 March 2025.
Patient care remains our top priority, there will be continuity of service and no breaks in our service due to this location change.
Your appointment date and time will remain the same. If you have any questions, please contact our pathology service desk team on Pathology Service Desk by telephone on 0300 303 5299, they will be happy to help you, or your family member.
Our community blood testing service will continue to run from the Landseer Road clinic until our teams move to this new location. All patients should continue to attend their appointments as planned.
Karen Lough is Director of Operations (Elective Care) with responsibility for pathology at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT).
She said: “Ravenswood Health Centre is a purpose-built medical centre. We are looking forward to continuing our efficient and high-quality phlebotomy service there. When considering our options, it was essential that the new location met the needs of our patients. We want to be able to offer our service at times and places which are convenient and serve the local community. This supports early decision making about a patient’s ongoing care and treatment, which is important to us.”
Free, limited parking is available at Ravenswood Health Centre. It is also accessible by bus.
Please note, GP services are only available to those who are already registered at the practice.
