ESNEFT Pathology service has commenced usage of a Self Service Portal to allow you to raise requests/issues in a more convenient way. Doing so will directly log a ticket with the Pathology Service Desk, and allow you to manage and amend your request/issue and get updates on progress. To access the Self Service Portal please use the link below:
Any test results requested from outside East Suffolk North Essex Trust will not be sent via the electronic links, these will need to be requested by the clinician/ healthcare professional directly to Pathology Customer Service Desk.

Our Information Governance and Patient Confidentiality policy means we are unable to provide any clinical information or results to anyone other than the requesting clinician/healthcare professional.

Please note: When logging a ticket on the Self Service Portal, do not include Patient Identifiable Details (PID) under any circumstance, to do so is in breach of Information Governance guidelines.
